The access road to the Villa is a closed end road and therefore there is no trespassing traffic so the owner can be assured of a quiet and peaceful stay.
The villa is built on a plot of 1540 sqm with an actual living area of 464 sqm consist four separate buildings: main house - main bed/bathroom - staff toilet/bathroom - garage.
The main villa consist a bright spacious by fishponds decorated entrance (26 sqm) and a open/close bright living room (84 sqm) and a modern fully equipped open kitchen (11 sqm) from tropical wood and black granite topping with stainless steel equipment.

At the same level directly connected to the living room there is a spacious veranda (66 sqm) from were you have a spectacular view over the ricepaddys and is always combined with a cooling (sea) breeze. The total area is merged as one and is floored with light-colored marble tiles and has an open (cool) high quality and quality roof tiled Balinese style roof.
Below the veranda are two (air conditioned) bedrooms (both 17 sqm) with en-suite bathrooms (both 12 sqm). The bath- and bed rooms are fitted with quality fixtures and fittings. The bath- and bed rooms are floored with light-colored marble tiles.

In a separate building next to the main house connected by steps over a fishpond are two bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom with stand a lone whirlpool bathtub and double washbasins mounted on a solid tropical wooden blade. One bedroom can also be used as office. Also this building has a high quality and quality roof tiled Balinese style roof.
